Our History
Hamilton Meats and Provisions was founded by Homer Hamilton in San Diego in 1932. We have a long tradition of servicing fine restaurants with time-honored butchery techniques and excellent customer service.Â
Now we’re bringing our passion for quality meats to the consumer market with Hamilton Ranch marinated meal solutions.
