How do I place an order?

We’ve curated variety packs of Deliciously Easy Hamilton Ranch flavors for your convenience. Simply shop for the variety pack that fits your needs, or order your favorite individual flavors.  Note that a $50 order minimum is required for delivery to your home. Sorry, but we are unable to ship orders less than a $50 value due to the shipping method and materials.

When will I receive my order?

We ship all orders out on Tuesdays to minimize travel time and keep your costs down. Your order will ship on the first Tuesday after you submit your order. Any orders placed after Monday at 12pm Noon (Pacific Time) will be pushed to the following week’s shipments. Please refer to your shipment notification email with the tracking number(s) for updated delivery estimates. This schedule may change during holiday weeks.

How will my product arrive?

We ship our product frozen in individual, vacuum-sealed packaged for easy storage and preparation. All orders are hand-packed in an insulated box and arrive to your door safe and delicious!

What if my package is delayed by the shipper?

We ship all product out frozen and include plenty of frozen gel packs to ensure product arrives safely to your door. Orders ship out of our Southern California facility on Tuesdays, and will arrive to you within 1-2 days. It is important that you retrieve your package as soon as possible after delivery and place the meat in either your refrigerator or freezer. In the event that the shipping is delayed or your package waits for a prolonged period on your doorstep, please check the temperature of the product to ensure it is still below 40*F.

How much does the shipping cost?

We are delighted to offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $125! For orders under $125, our checkout process will provide you with multiple options for the shipping method and will provide a quote. Depending on the shipping method you select, the amount shown during the checkout process will then be applied to your order and included in your final checkout price. Please note that we only ship to the continental U.S.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

We are able to deliver to both residential and business addresses. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes due to the nature of our product.

What is your Refund Policy?

We hope you are happy with your purchase! In the event that something did not arrive as expected or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of your shipment so we can make it right. We are happy to issue a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
